The Association is a non-profit general incorporated association made up of organisations and individuals promoting exchange between Shenzhen and Japan in the economy, trade, science and technology, human resources, culture and education. - STEP 1Apply online

- STEP 2Secretariat review
The Secretariat will review your application and contact you with questions or further information as needed.
- STEP 3Approval
In accordance with the Articles of Association, membership takes effect upon approval by the Representative Director.
- STEP 4Notice of approval
We will email you a notice of approval with your membership number.
Admission and membership fees are determined separately by the General Meeting of Members (Articles 5 and 6 of the Articles of Association). Details will be provided once your membership is approved.
